What it means to be an Author

Kids tell the most amazing stories. It is amazing how good their little story can make you feel.

These stories can brighten your day and give you hope for the future. As an author, my goal is to tell great stories that entertain and brighten your day.

One of the stories that I love to watch is Elf with Will Ferrell. Now maybe, you don’t like Will, but you have to admit the story of Buddy the Elf is absolutely entertaining.

If you haven’t seen it. Here is a summary of what it is about.

Buddy (Will Ferrell) was accidentally transported to the North Pole as a toddler and raised to adulthood among Santa’s elves. Unable to shake the feeling that he doesn’t fit in, the adult Buddy travels to New York, in full elf uniform, in search of his real father. As it happens, this is Walter Hobbs (James Caan), a cynical businessman. After a DNA test proves this, Walter reluctantly attempts to start a relationship with the childlike Buddy with increasingly chaotic results. Papa Elf sends him on a trip to start a relationship with the childlike Buddy with increasingly chaotic results.

As you follow Buddy one thing continues to stand out. He is just a big kid. He loves things thoroughly and is not embarrassed to have fun.

This is something that creating children’s books have done for me. It allows me to be a kid again and really have fun entertaining your children.

Believe me, I have always just been a big kid; I just needed an avenue to express it.

“Elves love to tell stories. I bet you didn’t know that about elves.” – Papa Elf

Well, I love to tell stories. Not sure you would call me an Elf but I plan on continuing to tell great stories.

Speaking of stories, here is the cover of my new book that will be coming soon. (Expected December 18th)
